- Warranty Period is 5 days for the main device from the date of receipt. Applicable only on used refurbished products.
- Repairs typically take 3–5 working days from the date of claim.
- Warranty will be void in cases of:

- Unauthorized repairs or services (including upgrades/updates).
- Missing or tampered serial number/IMEI.
- Lack of proof of purchase or delivery.
